Initial Interview

This is crucial as it gives you the opportunity to ensure that you feel comfortable working with me. In the interview I will listen to discover your personal situation and what you want to achieve from the Life Coaching. You can experience a sample coaching session before committing.

Telephone Coaching

Life coaching via the telephone is a great option because your location is not an issue. We can work together whether you do or do not live in the Kent or Sussex area. When we speak you can be in the place where you feel most comfortable. Many people find that they become more open , feel at ease and able to speak freely on the telephone. This is a very effective and flexible form of Life Coaching.

Face to face Life Coaching at Forever House in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Life coaching at Forever House in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, (Tunbridge Wells is on the Kent/Sussex boarder) is a great way to have time away from your usual environment and focus 100% on yourself and what you want to achieve. Some people find that they are more comfortable when they can see who they are talking to. Meeting in person enables us to respond to subtle body language while listening to what is and is not being said.

Combination Life Coaching

This is the most flexible option as you do not have to decide how you would like the Life Coaching to be structured at the start. This option enables you to experience both styles of Life Coaching and discover what works best for you. This is convenient if you travel a lot because you can plan a Telephone Life Coaching sessions for when you are away and have face to face Life Coaching when you are in Kent or Sussex area.
